How it works
Three steps from "it's broken" to "it works". Here is what happens after you send a request, who does the work and how pricing works.
1. You describe the problem
Use the repair form. Tell us what you built, which tool you used, what should happen and what happens instead. A link and a few sentences are enough. You do not need to know the technical words.
2. A specialist sends a fixed estimate
A person reads every request. Code, app, website, SEO and content work goes to a vetted specialist on Codeable, our partner platform. Design and branding work goes to the Handfixed designer. If it is not clear what you need, Peki looks at it first. Either way, you get a clear price and a timeline before anything starts.
If the problem is bigger than it looks, you will hear that up front, along with your options. Sometimes a small fix is enough. Sometimes part of the project should be rebuilt. You decide.
3. The work is done by hand
A real person does the work, tests it and explains what changed. You get your project back in working order, plus notes so you can keep building on it, with or without AI.
What it costs
Every project gets its own fixed estimate. You pay nothing until you accept it. Payments for work done through Codeable go through Codeable, which holds the money until the work is done. Design work is billed by Handfixed.
What we will not do
- Take over your accounts or lock you out of your own project
- Start work before you agree to a price
- Make you feel bad for using AI. Getting started fast is a good thing.
